Dunk Tank Rules and Conditions

The dunk tank setup, take-down and operation of will be conducted by Bali Baly Jump staff only.
2. The dunk tank needs 500 gallons of water and will be filled and emptied at the site.

Dunk tank participants must meet the minimum height requirement of 5' (five) feet tall. Use
of the dunk tank by participants who do not meet the height requirements shall at all times be under the direction and
supervision of an adult, and a liability waiver must be signed by the participant’s parent/guardian.

Sufficient adults shall be able to control and supervise under aged participants at all times.
The applicant is responsible for the use of the dunk tank in an orderly manner and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and rules.

The applicant assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all persons upon the premises and in the dunk tank.

Alcohol, tobacco and unlawful activity are prohibited with the use of this unit
