Bali Baly Jump Inc has a staff of highly trained employees who are dedicated to ensuring that we proved the utmost safety. Our main goal is providing a safe and pleasant experience, which is why we take our rain policy, guidelines/instructions/tips very seriously. We take the time to train our employees to set up the equipment in a safest manner and have the fortune of having many highly skilled, responsible, and dedicated employees with years of experience.
Quality
Kids can't part from our interactive dry or wet Slides. And they love our exclusively detailed characters, animals and themes. Our jumper/bounce house equipment is made of primarily vinyl which meets our high standard in terms of strength and lead free. Our products are also properly maintained and sanitized to ensure the safety of the children who use our services.
Bali Baly Jump Inc. Early Delivery Policy
Bali Baly Jump may need to setup your rental unit +1 hours earlier than your scheduled time in order to meet required start time, this will not affect your pick up time. In this event, you will be notified by one of our teams of delivery employees.
For any water slide, Dunk Tank or packages with tables & chairs, please expect the driver up to 2 hrs prior to your schedule.
An early setup will not affect your scheduled pickup time and our customers will not incur any additional cost.
Weather Policy
The operation of any inflatable equipment under severe rain and or extremely windy conditions featuring an average wind speed over 15 mph is strictly prohibited and discouraged to avoid any possible risk associated with electrical shock and injury to our customers.
Bali Baly Jump is dedicated to understanding your needs, so for this reason our customers may cancel their reservation the same day (prior to set up) and receive a full refund.
Bali Baly Jump does not claim to be able to predict the weather or have any control over conditions presented by the weather. For these reasons our staff is instructed to call our customers on the day of the event to confirm reservation by receiving verbal agreement to accept the rain policy outlined in our rental contract and summarized on this webpage.
Details regarding our Rain Policy
Despite forecast predictions of little likely hood of rain, Bali Baly Jump does not claim to be responsible for a customer's decision to risk enduring circumstances in which the equipment is unable to be used under safe conditions. Bali Baly Jump will deliver and install the equipment under the condition that the customer will not receive a refund for accepting the potential risk of poor weather conditions. i.e. If the equipment is set up and the equipment becomes useless because of the rainy/windy weather, Bali Baly Jump WILL NOT GIVE ANY REFUND. AFTER THE UNIT WAS SET UP.
In the event that a customer accepts these terms and Bali Baly Jump has set up the inflatables/games as agreed, and a light or sporadic rain develops during the term of your rental period, get all kids out of the unit and unplug the blower from the outlet. If the rain stops and/or winds decrease to a safe level, the customer may plug the blower back in and resume use. If the unit becomes wet from rain, dry the unit with clean towels to avoid the risk of injury. Bali Baly Jump Inc. reserves the right to cancel your booking due to severe weather. Once the rental unit has been setup PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Company Policy
Is a deposit required?
Yes, reservations require a 30% deposit.The deposit is non-refundable. To avoid additional charges, we require at least 14 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party (your party must be rescheduled within 3 months of the original party date). If you cancel or reschedule your party within 14 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total cost of your reservation. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 7 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total cost of your reservation.
