Weather Policy/ Early Delivery Policy

Since it is very unsafe for the users and very damaging to our jumpers and bounce houses, we don't allow and operate inflatables, slides or games in the rain. If you have already rented from us and the weather forecast calls for severe weather, will have to cancel your rental. We will make every effort to reschedule your rental based on available dates and times. We also have early delivery policy. We will setup your rental unit up to an hour earlier than your schedule rental setup time and will not incur any additional cost to you.
